What's included?

Pro assembly and cable management, BIOS update with XMP/EXPO enabled, Windows 11 Pro activated when selected, current drivers, no bloatware, a 48-hour full-system stress test, and a 60-day labor warranty with lifetime builder support.

When do I pay?

You pay the full all-in price at checkout, and we start sourcing and building.

How long does it take?

1–2 weeks from paid order to ship. If a part is delayed we'll reach out with options before the date slips.

What's the warranty?

60-day labor warranty on every build, plus lifetime support from us. Parts also carry their manufacturer warranties, and we'll help you with any RMA.

Can I spec my own build?

Yep. Use the custom builder on the site, or send us your budget and games and we'll recommend a config. Custom quotes are confirmed by Joseph.

Will upgrading myself void the warranty?

No, as long as the new part isn't what caused the damage.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days of delivery. Presets return in original condition; custom-builder configs have a 15% restocking fee. Damaged or DOA on arrival? We cover shipping both ways. Send photos within 48 hours. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
